The Journey to Balance & RESONANCE
For 25+ years, I navigated the high-stakes world of marketing strategy and creative direction at agencies—leading teams, designing digital ecosystems, and supporting CPG brands and retailers. I was a master of the "outer system": the metrics, the funnels, and the creative. But I saw a recurring pattern: brands and leaders were burning out because their strategies were extractive. They were fighting against the balanced natural flow of human energy and ecological health when planning their marketing. On top of it there is A Resonance Gap between the high-integrity work being done and the way it is perceived by the public.
I realized that for a brand to thrive, it couldn't just have a good product; it needs a balanced ecosystem and the right message to truly resonant.
The Permaculture edge: designing for yield, not just growth
My training and design certification at Midwest Permaculture during COVID was a true turning point for the way I saw marketing. It taught me that nature doesn't grow for growth’s sake; it grows to achieve a state of homeostasis and abundance in alignment with its environment.
